"Sri. K.V. Pai started Pai Vihar in 1974 with 6 employees and today the staff strength has been aggravated to nearly 100 in various departments all together. The man behind the fortification is Mr. Pradeep K. Pai, the current Chairman.

Pai Vihar is located opposit to town hall, behind Canara bank head office, just 2kms from the Railway station/ Bus stand, 3kms from the shopping center of Bangalore M.G. Road & Commercial Street, 1.5kms from Matha's Hospital & HCG Hospital and plenty of commercial institutions. "
